1. Guarantee Covered
This 60-Day “Prove It To Yourself” Guarantee applies only to the purchase of the Automate, Scale, Thrive Pro course provided you have not redeemed the “AST Implementation Blueprint for Your Business (1 unit)” customised package.
2. What the Guarantee Promises
If you implement at least three systems from the course within 60 days of purchase and provide documented proof of your implementation attempts (workflows, logs, time-saved records, etc), and yet you did not achieve at least 20 hours saved per month or did not generate measurable new revenue, then we will refund your purchase price in full (less refund transaction fee) under our Refund Policy.
3. Exclusion of Guarantee
This Guarantee is void and does not apply if you have redeemed the “AST Implementation Blueprint for Your Business (1 unit)” customised service (or any equivalent bespoke service).
4. Claim Process
To claim under this Guarantee:
• Email us at [email protected] within 60 days of purchase.
• Provide your purchase details (date, order number) and attach your documented implementation evidence.
• We will review your submission, notify you of eligibility, and if approved process a refund per our Refund Policy.
5. Your Obligations
To be eligible you must:
• Engage with the course material and attempt implementation of three systems within the 60-day period.
• Provide clear, time-stamped, verifiable documentation of your attempts.
• Not simply claim failure without evidence of effort.
6. Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse any claim under this Guarantee if we reasonably determine that the documentation is insufficient, fraudulent or not in conformity with the course instructions.
7. Limitations
This Guarantee does not cover:
• Business or market failures outside your control (e.g., market downturns, business closure, staff issues).
• Outcomes arising from actions outside the course scope.
• Fees, costs, or deductions other than our refund transaction fee.
• Services other than the core Automate, Scale, Thrive Pro course (or the custom blueprint exclusion as above).
8. Statutory Rights
This Guarantee is in addition to your legal rights under consumer protection law. It does not reduce or waive rights you may have under applicable law.
