Welcome to Automate, Scale, Thrive (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, portals, digital courses, membership services, Implementation Blueprint packages, community features, downloadable resources and all related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By registering an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
We are Mode Globale Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12222356). Our registered address is 401 Coventry Road, Birmingham, B10 0SP, United Kingdom.
For any questions relating to these Terms, support or disputes please contact [email protected] or WhatsApp/Text +44 7448 190917.
We offer free and paid Services including online courses (notably Automate, Scale, Thrive Pro), downloadable templates and tools, the “AST Implementation Blueprint for Your Business (1)” customised blueprint package, community access, membership tiers, and other digital resources. Product details, features and pricing are published at the point of sale. We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue any Service at our discretion.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted via your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to register unless a higher minimum age is stated at the point of sale.
Some Services are purchased as one-time payments; others via subscription. If subscribing, you authorise recurring payment until cancellation in accordance with the billing terms. Membership tiers, pricing and access rules will be as published at checkout.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services where we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, abuse of content or for legal or operational reasons.
One-time purchases are charged at purchase. Subscription payments are charged at the beginning of each billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled by you before the renewal date.
We make use of third-party payment processors (including Stripe) and for US customers instalment-payments via Klarna where available. By making a purchase you agree to the processor’s terms as well as ours.
Prices displayed may exclude any taxes, duties or fees which are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be reduced by the payment processor’s refund transaction fee (for example by Stripe) — this deduction will not be reimbursed to you.
This Guarantee applies only to purchasers of the Automate, Scale, Thrive Pro course who have not redeemed the “AST Implementation Blueprint for Your Business (1)” custom-blueprint package.
