US Consumer Law Addendum

This Addendum applies only to customers located in the United States (“US Customers”) purchasing services from Automate, Scale, Thrive. It supplements our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Guarantee Policy. To the extent of any conflict between those documents and this Addendum for US Customers only, this Addendum will prevail.

A. Applicability & Disclosure

Federal US law does not impose a general requirement for refunds on digital products. However, states have laws governing consumer protection, including “unfair or deceptive acts or practices” and requiring clear disclosure of refund or cancellation policies. We confirm that we provide a visible Refund Policy and make relevant terms available before purchase. Refund is not applicable if the consumer has redeemed the ‘AST Implementation Blueprint – 1 Unit’ customised service (or any equivalent bespoke service).

B. Instalment Payments via Klarna

Where US Customers choose to pay via Klarna instalments, Klarna’s terms and conditions apply. This includes credit-checks, late fees, and how refunds are handled through their system. A refund that we approve will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s mechanism and timing; you may still have obligations to Klarna.

C. State Consumer Rights

US Customers may have additional rights under their state consumer protection laws (such as rights to clear disclosures, cancellation, or refunds). Nothing in our policies is intended to limit those rights which cannot legally be waived by contract.

D. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For US Customers, we reserve the right to enforce the Terms under the laws of England & Wales with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales only to the extent permitted by your local state law. If your local law prohibits such choice of jurisdiction, then local courts may apply.

E. No Waiver of Rights

This Addendum does not waive nor reduce any rights you have under applicable US federal or state consumer-protection law.
